The cast of\u00a0The Pitt<\/em> has scrubbed in for\u00a0season 2, and so have some of their real-life significant others.<\/p>\n

The critically acclaimed HBO Max medical drama, which stars Noah Wyle and Katherine LaNasa, returned for a second season on Jan. 8, taking place over a 15-hour shift in Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center\u2019s emergency room on the Fourth of July.<\/p>\n

Although Dr. Michael \u201cRobby\u201d Robinavitch is single on the show, he has been married off-screen for over a decade to his wife,\u00a0Sara Wyle.<\/p>\n

\n

During\u00a0his acceptance speech\u00a0at the 2026 Golden Globes for Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series \u2014 just days after season 2 premiered \u2014 he made sure to give Sara a special shout-out on stage.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve been supported by an incredible wife and\u00a0three great children\u00a0all along the way,\u201d he shared.<\/p>\n

At the conclusion of his speech, he added in a special birthday message for Sara: \u201cLastly, to my beautiful wife, Sara, happy birthday. I hope you\u2019re enjoying your party.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Sara and LaNasa\u2019s husband,\u00a0Grant Show, lend their support off-screen, the significant others of two other stars will be making their debut on the show this season.<\/p>\n

Noah Wyle, who leads\u00a0The Pitt<\/em>\u00a0cast as Dr. Michael \u201cRobby\u201d Robinavitch, has been married to his wife, Sara Wyle, since June 7, 2014.<\/p>\n

Their nuptials took place at their home in Santa Barbara, Calif. \u201cIt was beautiful. It was great. It was a very small ceremony \u2013 we have this little farm in California,\u201d the actor announced on\u00a0The View<\/em>\u00a0following the wedding.<\/p>\n

Almost exactly a year after tying the knot, the couple, who first met in 2010, welcomed their daughter Frances on June 22, 2015.<\/p>\n

Previously, Noah was married to Tracy Warbin, with whom he shares son Owen, born Nov. 9, 2002, and daughter Auden, born Oct. 15, 2005.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Katherine LaNasa stars as Dana Evans, the no-nonsense charge nurse of the Emergency Department at Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center. In real life, she\u2019s been married to her husband, actor Grant Show, for over a decade.<\/p>\n

The couple first crossed paths in 2006 while filming the HBO series\u00a0Big Love<\/em>, and announced their engagement in July 2012.<\/p>\n

One month after sharing their engagement news, LaNasa and Show married on Aug. 18, 2012, at The Oak Grove at Ribbit Tree & Plant Nursery in Topanga, Calif. \u201cWe\u2019re so happy we found each other,\u201d they told PEOPLE after the nuptials.<\/p>\n

LaNasa and Show\u00a0welcomed their daughter, Eloise, on March 25, 2014.<\/p>\n

The actress also has a son, Henry, whom she shares with her first husband,\u00a0Dennis Hopper. Henry was born on Sept. 11, 1990.<\/p>\n

When LaNasa took home the Emmy for\u00a0Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series\u00a0at the\u00a02025 Emmy Awards, the actress not only expressed how \u201cproud and honored\u201d she felt, but she also gave her family a special shout-out.<\/p>\n

\u201cLastly, my children for making me real, and my beautiful husband Grant Show for helping me always with everything,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Patrick Ball\u00a0plays Dr. Frank Langdon in\u00a0The Pitt.<\/em>\u00a0In real life, he\u2019s been dating girlfriend Elysia Roorbach since 2023.<\/p>\n

The couple first met in Miami while working on a stage adaptation of\u00a0Las Aventuras de Juan Planchard<\/em>, and began dating on Oct. 12, 2023.<\/p>\n

Just as Albanese appeared on\u00a0The Pitt<\/em>\u2019s season 2 premiere, fans can expect to see Roorbach on-screen this season as well.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was a dream,\u201d he told\u00a0HELLO!<\/em>\u00a0in January 2026 of getting to act alongside his girlfriend. In the show, Frank is called on to treat her character, who is struggling after an accident involving her eye.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe get to turn around and play pretend together again: I get to be her doctor, and [her character] wanted nothing to do with me, and that also felt right,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

However, he said he had \u201cnothing to do with\u201d Roorbach getting cast in the role, adding that she \u201cauditioned the old-fashioned way and got the job and it was a real dream come true.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Shawn Hatosy\u00a0made a big impact as Robby\u2019s old friend Dr. Jack Abbot in season 1 of\u00a0The Pitt<\/em>. Off-screen, he\u2019s been married to wife Kelly Albanese since 2010.<\/p>\n

The couple said \u201cI do\u201d at Tivoli Terrace (now Terra Laguna Beach) in Laguna Beach, Calif., on Dec. 18, 2010.<\/p>\n

They share three sons together: Cassius, Leo and Finn.<\/p>\n

During his acceptance speech at the 2025 Creative Arts Emmys, where he won for\u00a0Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series, he thanked Albanese in his speech.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo my wife who I love, and you\u2019re my partner and my world, and I love you endlessly, and I wouldn\u2019t be here without your sacrifices,\u201d he said onstage.<\/p>\n

Although Hatosy was not in the season 2 premiere of\u00a0The Pitt<\/em>, Albanese made an appearance in the episode as Reina Burgess, the wife of a patient who had been dealing with leg cramps for several days.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy wife Kelly auditioned, and happened to get the part; she has her stage name which is different than my last name,\u201d the actor told\u00a0HELLO!<\/em>.<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cI didn\u2019t get to work with her, though because Abbot for some reason doesn\u2019t appear in the first couple of episodes!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Alexandra Metz, who portrays Dr. Yolanda Garcia on the series, has been married to her husband Zachariah Pierce Groll since 2021.<\/p>\n

While the couple has not publicly shared where or how they met, they got engaged in December 2020. They tied the knot privately in California on May 17, 2021, followed by a celebration with family and friends on Oct. 8, 2022, in Campbellsport, Wis.<\/p>\n
