Angie Katsanevas<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0said she questioned why\u00a0Lisa Barlow<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Meredith Marks<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0rode so hard for each other this season on\u00a0Real Housewives of Salt Lake City<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, and she suggested they perhaps started as \u201callies.\u201d Angie also addressed getting \u201ckicked out\u201d of the restaurant in Greece.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the cast trip, Angie and her friends had yelling matches at a restaurant in Greece, the homeland of her family. A man at the restaurant then asked them to leave, claiming the restaurant was closing. Throughout\u00a0the season<\/a>, most of the fighting was\u00a0directed at Meredith and Lisa<\/a>, who fiercely defended each other despite their past feud.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat happened between Lisa and Meredith that made them link arms so strongly towards the back half of the season?\u201d asked the host of\u00a0SiriusXM\u2019s\u00a0Smith Sisters Live<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cOriginally, I just kind of [questioned], are they doing this just because they felt like everyone was against them?\u201d Angie answered. \u201cBut look, they have history, obviously. And during tough times, you know,\u00a0Heather<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and I went to high school together, and we went through a rough patch. But we came back together because we have history. So I guess we just have to acknowledge that they\u2019ve got that history and they were able to move forward from some really dark moments.\u201d<\/p>\n

But Angie suggested that they \u201cstarted out as allies.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s just kind of how I felt. Like, how can they really move on from all these things?\u201d she said. \u201cBut, you know, they stayed true to each other. And I guess thank God they did, because I think it did feel [like] those two against the world at the finale.\u201d<\/p>\n

At one point, Angie was asked how it felt to be \u201ckicked out\u201d of the restaurant in her \u201chomeland.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, nobody gets kicked out of a restaurant in Greece,\u201d she said. \u201cAnd I will say, [the guy] was patient. He was kind. He was darling. \u2026 Greeks talk, [and it sounds like] fighting because they\u2019re passionate. People would always say, well, why are they mad? Why? [My daughter would] say, why is she yelling? And I\u2019m like, honey, that\u2019s just how Aunt Kal and Aunt Rula and Aunt Rita talk. They\u2019re just excited. They\u2019re passionate.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSo Greeks are used to that. And they\u2019re open all night long,\u201d said Angie. \u201cGreece does not close. So us getting kicked out was, like, a little embarrassing \u2026 And I just said, \u2018Can we just have one more minute?\u2019 He said, \u2018No, ma\u2019am, you must go. You get your things and leave. Good night. Thank you for coming.\u2019 It was like, oh, my gosh, this is so embarrassing.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
