Luann de Lesseps<\/strong><\/a>\u2018 daughter, 31-year-old\u00a0Victoria de Lesseps<\/strong><\/a>, opened up about her career as a\u00a0psychic medium and healer during an interview last week, sharing that she once\u00a0rid the\u00a0Real Housewives of New York City<\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0alum\u2019s house of a ghost.<\/span><\/p>\n As she also reflected on an \u201cextreme\u201d meeting she had with a healer that left her \u201cvery, very scared and freaked out,\u201d Victoria explained what led her to the trade as she recalled past interactions with the ghost living at her mother\u2019s vacation home and confirmed she helped him move on from the residence.<\/p>\n \u201cEven [as] a young kid, I used to see some ghosts. I used to see some weird dark energy when I was probably 6, 7 [years old]. Again in my teens,\u201d Victoria, who Luann shares with ex-husband\u00a0Count Alexandre de Lesseps<\/strong><\/a>, 76, revealed during a January 16 interview with\u00a0Page Six<\/a>.<\/p>\n According to Victoria, her father\u2019s late mother was a \u201cwhite witch\u201d who practiced radiesthesia. However, her paranormal experiences didn\u2019t continue throughout her childhood. Instead, they \u201cfaded away\u201d until about three or four years ago, when a \u201cseries of events,\u201d including a split, \u201cled to an upswing\u201d that fueled her past trauma.<\/p>\n At that time, Victoria, who graduated from Pratt Institute, opened up to a gallery owner who was displaying some of her artwork.<\/p>\n \u201cI was kind of talking really openly, and she was like, \u2018You gotta go see my healer, Lisa,\u2019\u201d she revealed.<\/p>\n So Victoria did.<\/p>\n \u201cI could see everything going on. She was ripping stuff out of me that wasn\u2019t mine. A lot of purging was going on. And I saw this very tall \u2014 now I know, spirit guide \u2014 standing next to me: big, kind of native, all in shadow with a big jaguar,\u201d she recalled.\u00a0\u201c[I was] very, very scared and freaked out.\u201d<\/p>\n While the session frightened Victoria, Lisa noticed something unique about her and told her she should pursue a career in the field.<\/p>\n \u201cI always say I kicked and screamed my whole way through this process. Although I\u2019m super grateful and absolutely love it, I didn\u2019t see it coming,\u201d she admitted.<\/p>\n During one of her training sessions at Luann\u2019s house in the Hamptons, Victoria and another trainee came face-to-face with a ghost.<\/p>\n \u201cThe door didn\u2019t \u2018open,\u2019 but it ethereally opened, and [the ghost] popped through. And [my classmate] was like, \u2018Hey, there\u2019s a ghost in your house! Like, he just opened the door.\u2019 And I was like, \u2018Yeah, he is here,\u2019\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n \u201cMy mom\u2019s actually engaged with it before,\u201d she continued. \u201cShe was in her room, and she pushed a book, and the book pushed back, and she pushed it back in.\u201d<\/p>\n Although the ghost \u201cused to not be so nice\u201d to her, Victoria was ultimately able to have a breakthrough with it.<\/p>\n \u201cI used to walk up the stairs at night and look down and be like, \u2018Ah! Like, I see something there,\u2019\u201d she explained. \u201cI came home one day \u2014 and I wasn\u2019t living here [anymore] \u2014 and I came in at night, and I just heard a voice being like, \u2018You don\u2019t live here anymore!\u2019 And I was like, \u2018Ah! I\u2019ll come back in the morning!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Once she gained understanding from the ghost, he \u201cwarmed up\u201d to her.<\/p>\n \u201cAs I was in the house more, I switched rooms. \u2026 It was a guest room, so no one was really in there. And I sensed there was something with [his] wife. Like, he used to live here. So he was kind of just chilling in the house,\u201d she said, noting that they\u00a0\u201cspoke casually.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI was like, \u2018Oh, do you want to leave? You ready to go?\u2019 And then I think he just [left] because he\u2019s not here anymore,\u201d she reasoned.<\/p>\n After the ghost left Luann\u2019s home, Victoria helped other\u00a0ghosts \u201cmove on.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cSome ghosts get stuck when they have a traumatic death, like a murder, and then they can\u2019t really move on because sometimes they need someone to just \u2014 they need a witness.
