Lisa Rinna<\/strong>\u00a0took aim at\u00a0Lisa Vanderpump<\/strong>\u00a0in her soon-to-be-released book,\u00a0You Better Believe I\u2019m Gonna Talk About It<\/em>.<\/p>\n

As she admitted to being molded by her former\u00a0Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0co-star, who she described as a manipulator and chess player, Rinna, 62, reflected on her time on the show, admitting to taking on the villain role at the prompting of Vanderpump, 65, and\u00a0Kyle Richards<\/strong>, 57, and confirming whether she had regrets about the claims she made against\u00a0Yolanda Hadid<\/strong>, 62, and\u00a0Kathy Hilton<\/strong>, 66.<\/p>\n

\u201cToo many of the women on\u00a0RHOBH<\/em>\u00a0are Virgos. I don\u2019t get along with Virgos,\u201d Rinna began in an excerpt of her book provided by\u00a0InStyle\u00a0on January 20. \u201cI\u2019m a Cancer, so Virgos and I do not mix. It\u2019s like oil and water. [Camille Grammer<\/strong>], [Sutton Stracke<\/strong>], and\u2014surprise!\u2014Lisa Vanderpump are all Virgos. That\u2019s a horrible thing for me to say. I don\u2019t mean to diss an entire astrological sign; I know there are some really lovely Virgos out there.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Rinna, her relationship\u00a0with Vanderpump was \u201ccomplicated.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201c[We] were acquaintances long before we became [Real Housewives<\/em><\/strong>]. By the time I joined the show in season 5, she was already a producer on\u00a0Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0so she knew the game better than anybody. I looked up to her, and I let her lead the way,\u201d Rinna shared, adding that Vanderpump was quite \u201cclever.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Rinna joined the series in 2014 for season five, Vanderpump called her \u201cevery single morning,\u201d which made her think she cared. Years later, Rinna realized it was all part of her game.<\/p>\n

\u201cVanderpump\u2019s an expert at manipulation\u2014 it\u2019s why she makes such a good producer on her own show\u2014she knows how to use other people like chess pieces. She spends every waking hour figuring out her next move,\u201d she explained. \u201cShe was molding me like clay into a henchwoman to do her bidding. Nice phone calls were all it took, and I fell in line. I was ready and willing to do all of Vanderpump\u2019s dirty work. That\u2019s how the whole Yolanda Foster fiasco came about.\u201d<\/p>\n

As\u00a0RHOBH<\/em>\u00a0fans will recall, Rinna suggested during season six that Yolanda could be suffering from\u00a0Munchausen syndrome, rather than Lyme disease.<\/p>\n

\u201cI stepped in that villain role, but it was driven by Vanderpump and Kyle,\u201d she explained. \u201cIt\u2019s obvious now she had Lyme disease, and my heart aches that I ever questioned her \u2026 I always liked her. I never wanted to become enemies.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Rinna confessed to acting on Vanderpump\u2019s behalf during her time on the show, their relationship eventually evolved.<\/p>\n

\u201cOnce our power dynamic evened out and I saw her game plan with clear eyes, she lost control of me, and she never got it back,\u201d Rinna shared. \u201c[But] I loved the cat and mouse game I had with her because it made for great television.\u201d<\/p>\n

After applauding Vanderpump as the Bobby Fischer of\u00a0Housewives<\/em>, and stating that she \u201cknew how to play the game better than anyone,\u201d Rinna denied having regrets about her final seasons on the show.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
