The\u00a0Oscar nominated star\u00a0has a place in his native NYC as well as a $11 million house in Beverly Hills, while his billionaire Kardashian\u00a0girlfriend\u00a0has a\u00a0$48 million mansion in nearby Holmby Hills.\u00a0(She is also\u00a0currently building a massive estate in Hidden Hills, with her other home on the market.)<\/p>\n

A well-placed insider says the A-list power pair are enjoying a \u201cmodern living arrangement\u201d despite Kylie\u2019s push for her man to move to L.A. for good.<\/p>\n
