RAY J is reportedly in the hospital with heart pains and pneumonia.
The rapper’s health update comes as he was planning to hitchhike across the country.

Ray J was rushed to the hospital in Las Vegas on Wednesday with a severe case of pneumonia and heart pains, TMZ reported Thursday.
A source close to the rapper told TMZ that Ray J, 44, has received X-rays and an echocardiogram.
Ray J was previously hospitalized with pneumonia in 2021, which was reportedly so severe a source told TMZ the rapper “thought he could die.”
In December, Ray J shared that he was participating in a new show called Celebrity Hitchhiker.
“I’m hitchhiking right now to try to get a place to stay tonight,” he said.
“Hopefully I can meet a new family, and it can take me in and teach me about their rules and their goals and life, and then send me on my way to the next destination.
He filmed the video in Tampa, Florida, and said he planned to hitchhike his way to Los Angeles in time for Christmas.
“Just a lot of s*** that’s happened. And I just wanna get back home and see my kids. It’s a hitchhiking show, but it’s real though at the same time, and I wanna make it really authentic.
“I just do it for real on my phone. I mean, I have a camera in there too, but it’s just me.”
It’s unclear if Ray J hitchhiked to Las Vegas or if it has anything to do with his illness.
n November, the rapper was arrested for allegedly pulling a gun on his estranged wife, Princess Love.
The arrest came after Ray J, whose real name is William Ray Norwood Jr., livestreamed himself seemingly loading a handgun and claiming that someone was trying to take his kids away from him.
He said it was the “worst Thanksgiving in the f*****g world” and threatened to shoot another man, who was off camera.
In the video, Ray J accused Princess of being drunk after she appeared to try to move the children away from him.
“Drive drunk, Princess,” he could be heard saying.
“Want to take my kids, you and your drunk cousin, ‘cause y’all drunk as f**k and y’all alcoholics. Take my kids then, go ahead.”
Princess could be heard saying the rapper pointed a gun at her and said he was a “woman abuser.”
A man off-camera told Ray J to “chill,” but the rapper screamed “I’ll kill you, bro” and appeared to get in a scuffle off camera.
He was released from jail in Los Angeles the same day.
Ray J and Princess married in 2016 and filed divorce in 2020, but they continue to have an on-and-off again relationship.
They share children Melody, 7, and Epik, 6.
