The Boring Company has launched limited service on the Vegas Loop to Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, marking the system’s first approved airport access.
Airport regulators approved the company’s automated vehicle permit, allowing Loop vehicles to operate on airport property under controlled conditions.
The service currently supports departures only, with drop-offs available daily between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m.
Airport trips cost about $12 per ride and combine underground tunnel travel with surface driving.
Officials said full underground airport connectivity will follow once dedicated connector tunnels are completed.
