If you’ve ever dreamed of living in the kind of abode that Kylie Jenner would call home, now is your chance. The reality star has just put her Los Angeles mansion on the market for someone to snap up. You’ll just need $48 million to make it happen.

Now that the star has finished fine-tuning her massive Hidden Hills property, she no longer needs her former home that she first purchased for $36.5 million in 2020. That was the same year that she picked up an empty lot worth $14.5 million to build her new 18,000-square-foot estate.

As for the home Jenner popped onto the market on Monday, December 22, it boasts an impressive 15,320 square feet of living space, 7 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms. It also happens to be known for its sleek concrete design.

“Welcome to the pinnacle of Holmby Hills. Situated on Mapleton Drive—arguably the most prestigious location in Los Angeles—this is not just a home; it is a modern fortress designed for the ultimate privacy seeker,” the listing reads, according to Realtor.com.

The Home Boasts Plenty of Benefits

The mansion that Jenner is selling comes with plenty of benefits, as one might expect from a place that’s on the market for almost $50 million.

For instance, visiting this particular home means first getting past the 12-foot-tall gates at the entrance which are meant to provide both security and privacy.

Once inside, the homeowner and guests can enjoy the chef’s kitchen which “is equipped with a marble island and seating area, plenty of cabinet space, and state-of-the-art appliances,” per Realtor.com. As for the “spacious dining area,” it “is surrounded by all-white walls and topped by an elegant chandelier.”

Also offering residents multiple areas to entertain visitors, that’s not to mention the living area which boasts a fireplace and looks out onto the backyard “which features a resort-style pool.”

Those Aren’t the Only Perks

Speaking of having guests over, the property is apparently “designed for grand-scale entertaining and quiet retreat alike.” Indeed, the mansion offers a home theater, a bar, a game room, a gym, a pool cabana, an outdoor projection screen and a court for playing various sports.

There are also “two guest apartments with two additional guest suites” that offer their own private patios and separate entrances, according to the listing.

“This estate offers a lifestyle that requires no exit,” the listing also claims. “A rare opportunity to acquire a pedigreed property defined by absolute privacy and timeless design.”
